Annual assessment invoices were sent to all homeowners on February 18th. This year’s HOA assessment is $240 and is due by April 20, 2026.

New this year: Purdue Federal members can pay using Pay Member to Member. When using this method, please pay to blackbirdHOA and be sure that you indicate your Blackbird Farms address and homeowner name in the payment description.
