WL City Councilor Stacey Burr (District 6) has informed the HOA Board of Directors of upcoming street resurfacing work to be completed in the neighborhood this summer.  

Bids are currently under consideration for minor structural surface overlay on KESTRAL DRIVE, SANDPIPER COURT SOUTH and SANDPIPER DRIVE. While we don’t have an estimated start date at this time, we do know that the work is to be completed by October 1, 2026.  You have likely already seen the City of WL trucks in the neighborhood, completing preparatory work such as storm drain repair–please exercise caution and slow down for their safety.  

The Board will alert homeowners as new information is available regarding timeline and expectations.
