The proposed dates for the project are expected to be approved by the Board of Works tomorrow. Closures are necessary to facilitate scarification, patching, and paving operations. Local access for residents will remain open; however, short-duration closures may occur when work is taking place directly in front of driveways.  

Traffic control measures, including flaggers and necessary signage, will be provided throughout the duration of the closures.  Please exercise caution and slow down for worker safety!  

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR VEHICLES ARE NOT PARKED ON THE STREET DURING THESE DATES AND OPERATIONS, SO THAT THE WORK CAN BE DONE PROPERLY.  

TO AVOID THE POSSIBILITY OF HAVING YOUR VEHICLE TOWED, PLEASE MOVE CARS INTO DRIVEWAYS OR TO THE EASTERN SECTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

Thursday, October 1, 2026: Paving on Sandpiper Court and Sandpiper Drive, south of Kestral.

Friday, October 2, 2026:  Paving on Kestral Boulevard

Monday, October 5, 2026:  Paving on Kestral Boulevard
